Angela Harper, FAICP, is our President and is currently Deputy County Manager for Henrico County, Virginia.  She has been with Henrico County for 35 years progressing through many planning positions including being Director of Planning for seven years. Read more...

Compton, AICP, has served as Planning Director for Lexington County, South Carolina, for 32 years.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA) for six years, serving as President for two years.  Read more...

Michael A. Harper, FAICP, our Secretary-Treasurer, is the Advanced Planning Program Planning Manager of the Washoe County Department of Community Development in Reno, Nevada. Julio G. Iturreria  for the past 28 years, has been involved with urban and rural planning in various positions from a planner, manager to Community Development Director.  He is currently working as the Long Range Program Manager in Arapahoe County, Colorado which is south of the City and County of Denver.  He has worked as a planner in various jurisdictions within such states as Oregon, Nevada, Texas and Colorado.  Read more...

Joseph Scorcio, AICP, is from Pierce County, Washington. Joe is the Public Development Manager for the County’s Public Works and Utilities Department. Having managed the award-winning Chambers Creek Properties Program for more than 15 years, Joe is now preparing to host the 2010 U.S. Amateur and 2015 U.S. Open Championships on the Properties’ Chambers Bay golf course. During nearly 24 years with Pierce County, Joe has held numerous management positions, including Assistant Public Works & Utilities Director, Special Assistant to the County Executive, and Planning Director.  Read more...

Nicki Belville van Vonno is a native of West Virginia. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech (Drama) and English from Marshall University in Huntington.
